All goods are sent by Australia Post except for large orders which may be sent via courier.

We have a flat rate of $20 to anywhere in Australia.

If you place an order over $450.00 your items are shipped FREE!

Returns

All returns must be arranged with Worklocker Swan Hill prior to sending the goods back. We will not accept unauthorised returns. Please use our contact form or e-mail us with details if you have a return.

Under no circumstances can we accept the return of a garment that has been embroidered, except in the case of a manufacturing fault in the garment. For this reason you should try on all garments prior to having them embroidered if you are unsure of your size.

If you need to try a garment(s) on, you should place an order on the website and tell us in the comments with the order that they are samples to try prior to embroidery. If you decide to have the garments embroidered we will refund half of the cost of freight on your initial order.
